1 General Terms

465bd (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online gaming platform operating under an international license. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 465bd and its users.

These Terms and Conditions were originally drafted in Bengali and are intended specifically for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict with the English version, the English version shall prevail.

• These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time, and the latest version will always be published on this page.
• Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect.

2 Account Registration and Verification

To play on 465bd, you must first create an account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account termination.

Each individual may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any pending bonuses will be forfeited.

• The name, date of birth, and ID details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for account verification.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate on 465bd. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing this platform. We may request proof of age for verification at any time.

If a minor opens an account using false information, that account will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be considered void.

• Users must be 18 years of age or older.
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use this platform.
• 465bd employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on the platform.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

465bd supports multiple payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. However, processing may be delayed if verification is still in progress or if suspicious activity is detected.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 50,000 (separate limits apply for VIP members).
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• A minimum wagering requirement of 20x applies to the welcome bonus.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once; attempting to claim it multiple times may result in account termination.

• If any form of bonus fraud is detected, the account will be closed.
• 465bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games on 465bd are powered by certified software providers, and every game outcome is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Results cannot be manipulated in any way — neither by the platform nor by users.

• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round will be considered void.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the staked amount will be refunded.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final.
• Using bots or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
